Newdin Contents Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of its users and complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and destroyed, as well as users’ rights and protective measures, when using the TennisPot mobile application and related services.

C. Marketing
For purposes such as informing users about
new services, providing personalized advertisements, and delivering
business-related promotions, the Company may collect email, mobile number,
advertising identifiers, and service usage records.
Such information will be deleted upon account termination.
D. Customer Support
Email addresses and contact information are
collected for user identification and communication during inquiries.
Personal information is destroyed after the consultation is completed.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
A. To fulfill service contracts, provide content, offer personalized services, and verify user identity
B. To manage users, operate services, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and deliver notices
C. To process court reservations and payments and provide operational notices (e.g., closures)

B. To prevent fraudulent use, DI and misuse records may be retained for up to 1 year after account termination

A. Procedure
· Personal information is stored for a certain period after the purpose is achieved, in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws, and then destroyed
· It is not used for other purposes unless required by law

· Printed materials: shredded or incinerated
· Electronic files: permanently deleted using irreversible technical methods
6. User Rights Regarding Personal Information
A. Users and their legal guardians may view, modify, delete personal information or terminate membership at any time through the mobile app
B. Information can be updated via the “Account Management” menu after login
7. Withdrawal of Consent
A. Users may withdraw consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time
B. Withdrawal methods: via the mobile app (“My Account > Delete Account”) or by contacting the Company via written request, phone, or email

C. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel, with regular training and password management enforced
10. Protection of Children’s Personal Information
A. Users under the age of 14 must obtain consent from a legal guardian
B. Consent is verified during the registration process
11. Transmission of Advertising Information
A. The Company does not send advertising information without prior consent
B. Sender information is clearly indicated when consent is given
